I was very pleased with the service provided by Kennards Marrickville. Andrew, the on-site manager, walked me through all the details over the phone and was prompt by email with follow ups. He was able to move my storage booking forward early when my plans changed and had already installed shelves into my storage unit as requested. I was given a personalised tour and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. It was super easy and I’m really happy to finally have a storage unit that meets my business needs. I’d give my experience 6 stars if I could. Thanks Andrew for all your help!
I accidentally had a very important parcel delivered to this business and I’m not even a customer. I had a call from Christian and Andrew to explain what had happened and they kept the parcel there securely until I could pick it up. They didn’t have to do this and in doing so they made sure a little boy with special needs received his Christmas present on time. Many many thanks to these kind men.
New customer. Very happy Moving & packing can be a very stressful time but Kennards Marrickville are a great storage partner to help make the process easier. They have been super helpful and the whole process for booking storage and moving in couldn’t have been easier. I feel confident on the safety of my property and future options. The team at Kennards are fantastic. Always ready to help and so friendly. They were there at every step of the way, from setting me up with the right unit to buying back boxes. Packing and moving is tough going but a visit to Kennards always made it seem better. An awesome team!
We had a excellent experience for the year we had our things in Storage at Kennards Marrickville. The facility was very easy to access, clean and secure and the service and support was outstanding many thanks Andrew!. Highly recommended.
The two gentleman that served me with extremely helpful and kind. They took my boxes to the car, they put the tape in the dispenser for me. Both very friendly and professional. And most importantly gave me advice on the correct boxes to buy for my move.
Signed up for a unit when downsizing apartments. Easy signup process fill out details online, come to the office to provide ID. Move-in process went smoothly including receiving deliveries from removalists. They also have all sort of boxes, tape, matress covers and other moving supplies at a great price too. Shoutout to Andrew, who is always exceptionally helpful.
Great service: easy month to month payment. Super helpful staff each time I needed them, and that was at least 3 different staff members. Highly recommend. Would use again if I need storage in future.
