Storage King Alexandria

Great Staff @ Storage King Alexandria. Always supportive, communicative, and helpful before/during/after lease. It's a very good facility with easy access to floors and my unit was on the top and dry during the rains of 2022.

We didn’t directly use your service but the staff did help us on certain situation, as on 23 Oct we booked a baggage storage through a website in which storage king’s address was stated. However, it was actually a scam. The staff not sure if his name is Ron or Rob helped us to find other nearby places to store our luggage. He’s very nice and helpful. We were very grateful on his kind help. Please pass these words to him that we really appreciate on what he did. Thanks!

Nancy was invaluable. She took in basic details of my tough situation and gave me kind recommendations, going above an beyond. I can't recall ever feeling so looked after in customer service. Amazing human being and employee! Thank you!

Hi there just a simple review, plenty of different sizes to choose from and ya can stack it 12 feet high. We grabbed a small unit and wow I packed it well, so cool that I've still got heaps of room for more..

Rob was incredibly helpful & accomodating, staying back on a Sunday while we rushed to get everything in and he even helped! The price is very fair, and they showed signs of actually wanting to save us money instead of trying to get more out of us like other places. Would recommend highly!

I have rented storage space across Sydney through a variety of companies and these guys are the best!! I came to rent storage space due to an unexpected change in my personal circumstances, and needless to say it was a stressful time. But from my initial dealings with staff member Rob, who very kindly stayed open on a Sunday afternoon to give me time to load my things, and through the next two years to the current date, all of the staff from Storage. King Alexandria have been patient and professional to deal with and have repeatedly made suggestions to save me money with respect to storing my goods. Their premises are always clean and security is top notch and my goods have always been kept in pristine condition. I cannot speak highly enough of Storage King Alexandria and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to family, friends or strangers Thanks again to all the staff I have dealt with over the last two years with special thanks to King Robbo - I hope your foot gets better soon!!
