THANKFULLY ADVISED BY STAFF TO GO ELSEWHERE - I started with Kennards back when it was Millers over 16 years ago & it has always been great up until recently. Unfortunately I had to move out of my large space to accommodate the new renovations. Fine, but after a long relationship with them I was expecting to be offered another space at a similar rate. The rent didn't just go up, it was DOUBLED without care! The current manager rudely stated that this is our final offer and he suggested that if I didn't like it I could look elsewhere. I followed that suggestion and found a better price and more helpful service. I was inconvenienced by a huge move in hot conditions but the best thing they could offer was this advice. I suggest you heed it too if you want better service at a better rate!
