I have recently sold my apartment in Auckland City, remotely while living in England and Phillip at Kellands has been an incredible support. The rudest real estate agent I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend listing with them if you're a motivated seller. I personally was interested in the house but chose to walk away because of the agent.
