I rented a property from a property manager called Tobias Reynolds from this company. It was $660 per week a 3-bedroom older bungalow in One tree hill. He promised to do things for the property when we said we will take it but never did. Did not keep to his contract. Then, I ended up doing all the things myself for this house like put up curtains, cleaning it before moving in, fixed cracks in the house that brought in draft, clean mold, clean rat droppings etc. Now he is trying to charge me for all these things. LOL. Please be careful of this company and this man. He asked us to go, we were glad to leave. Now he won’t let us get our things from the house. I also own two properties, One which I now live in and one which is rented. We would never treat people like this. Also, don’t give your house to them to rent, they appraise will above market rent to get the job and then they don’t get the house rented for ages. Further, they don’t keep tenants, because they promise things that they never intend to keep just to get the tenant to sign the agreement.
