I purchased a couple properties with Apartment Specialist and have nothing but positive things to say about them. I told them my goals and exactly what I am looking for and they were able to get me a property that matched, their knowledge in terms of the market was impressive and they definitely taught me a few things. Once the sale was completed I appreciated the follow up i got from them to make sure everything ran smoothly. Great team and very trustworthy.

Harrison is a professional true and true. He goes out of his way help and make things happen. I have dealt with some agents before and I must say Harrison one of the few outstanding agents in Auckland. The professionalism and care he shows his clients is a rare trait these days. He made the decision making process seamless and easy. I was also very impressed with the way the company is structured. The separation of tasks between Harrison and Andrew works well. Their uptake of technology and "paperless" transactions is not only to be admired but also very efficient and convenient. Thank you so much Harrison and Andrew. I will be seeking your services again when I am ready for the next purchase.

We had been let down by an apartment agent before. Same old story promise they can get this lock us into a contract and then everything changes. So this time we asked around. We were recommended the Apartment Specialists. Like everyone I was still doubtful. I was straight with our Agent Andrew from the get go, telling him what we wanted and then surprisingly he told us our apartment was worth more than I thought. He got us that price, a record for the building. They all work as a team and so we are grateful to everyone at Apartment Specialists for a great result. They really know what they are doing. A great experience and I would recommend them to everyone who has an apartment.

Honest, reliable and hard-working. Everything you want in members of the company. Highly recommended to anyone looking for apartments. These guys are great, and genuinely try to help. I look forward to working with them again to buy my next property.

Harrison and the team at Apartment Specialists are truly the best. I was skeptical and wasn't sure I would find the right apartment. Harrison showed me an apartment, assessed what I was looking for and straight away showed me another apartment that I ended up buying. Compared to the other agents I contacted (some of whom I am still awaiting replies from!) there is no comparison. I asked lots of questions and got answers straight away. The whole process was easy and they really know their stuff. I would happily recommend using Apartment Specialists.
