The letting agent says that there is only transfer fee if we are transfering  the lease to someone and there wont be any re letting fee or tendency break fee if there is an existing fixed term tendency.  After ourself finding the suitable tenent and request for tendency tranfer, there  comes the game and the letting agent and people behind the screens charges the tendency break fee to existing moving out tenents and new letting fee to incoming tenents and they dont stick to their rules and words and these people are there only for peoples money and they process is very slow.

Doesn't reply to texts, cancels viewing the day before without explains things. Extremely unprofessional
