Nice building with up to date facilities. Main auction house. Some off street parking if you're lucky, white expensive as is in the city centre. Wilson Carpark nearby

Professional people to deal with. They know what to do. Reccommending Daniel and Jerry from Henderson. They got lot of connecion in Asian community, so sure and faster selling.

As vendor I would NEVER list with this agency again. They are just horrible to deal with - not only do they rely on 'upselling' advertising their agents do not talk to each other and as a result you can end up having multiple viewings all day long. Agents work on cruise mode - essentially plodding around expecting a buyer to fall over them. As for the big 'for sale' board (with pictures) they will talk you into buying and the newspaper adverts (which you will pay for regardless of whether they sell your home) you don't need either. A simple 'For Sale' sign and online listing which other firms offer for no charge at all works just as well....and even more oddly other firms which do not charge you for advertising also have cheaper commission rates and expect nothing unless your property sells. My advice is shop around firms and don't be swayed by Barfoots supposed 'pulling' power. Check around and don't fall for advertising charges....
