We've been using Harcourts Charlton (specifically Rebekah and Joanne) as our property managers for three years now and have found them to be excellent.  Very thorough processes to find tenants and then great management with everything needed.  It's very reassuring to have such meticulous 12 weekly inspections.  We've had various maintenance issues with the property, and everything has always worked out well with clear communication and follow-through from the team.  The result is that the property is in way better condition than when we bought it, and the tenants are happy and exemplary.  Highly recommended.

I have had the most amazing experience ever with rental in New Zealand after being in contact with the Harcouts' agent Sebastian. He is just a very professional, honest, friendly, kind person and gave us an awesome attention and service. I recommend him to everyone trying to find a property... He actually cares and tries his best to help. Sebastian is so far much different from all the other experiences we've had here. Awesome deal.

Harcourts Epsom: Hypocritical, holier-than-thou, double-faced and severely decoded.
You treated me differently and not on equal terms with everyone else. Zero tolerance; why don't you apply your term to at least 7 members of your Epsom team? You know who...
