this is my fourth time dealing with Crockers and I have found them to be the most trustworthy realtors that I have dealings with. I have tried other realtors and found many of them to feel quite creepy and far to arrogant to deal with. they are kind caring and always on point and always willing to help. I would highly recommend them as being a very good property management company. I am happy with the way I am treated and how the whole application process was communicated with me at every step. All in all I would give them a solid recommendation to anyone looking for a excellent property manager or landlord.

Debbie Hills was our property manager and she was absolutely phenomenal! Maintenance was adhered to when needed and it was lovely to have a professional that was honest, kind and compassionate. If you ever have the chance to rent with Crockers, Debbie is your person, cause she was ours for almost 10 years. Thank you again Debbie, we value and appreciate all your hard work

Jane Jo has been managing my apartment for over three years and has been absolutely fantastic. She is attentive, reliable, and always on top of things. If anything needs attention, she notifies the team quickly and makes sure it gets sorted. I really appreciate the care and professionalism she brings and highly recommend her!

We’ve had a great experience renting through Crockers across two different homes, and we’ve been fortunate to have two amazing property managers along the way — Rachael and RobinnnRachael was our first property manager for our first rental home with Crockers, and she made everything so easy from the beginning. She was always warm, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Any maintenance issues were sorted promptly, and communication was clear and professional throughout our tenancy. As first-time renters with Crockers , we really appreciated how supportive and understanding Rachael was.nnFor our second home, Robin took over as our property manager, and he has been just as fantastic. Robin is responsive, respectful, and very efficient when it comes to handling any concerns or requests. His communication is always timely, and he genuinely looks after both the property and the tenants.nnBoth Rachael and Robin have made our renting journey with Crockers smooth and stress-free.

We found a wonderful home through Crockers Property while pursuing our studies, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our property manager, Jane, has been incredibly responsible and caring throughout. Whenever we reached out with any issues, she responded promptly and often followed up personally to ensure repairs were taken care of. One gesture that truly touched us was how she always took her shoes off at the door without being asked, just to help keep our home clean. Her thoughtfulness has meant a lot to us.
