Charming station that makes you feel warm inside. Locals and tourists use this as a jump-off point to the Blue Mountains national park. Just a walking distance away, you can see the famous Carrington Hotel and the historically significant Katoomba post office full of fun knickknacks.nnYou will need to take a bus to go to the Blue Mountains. Trains are scheduled for every hour if I'm not mistaken so be sure to plan ahead your trip.
A lovely historic station, for many the beginning of there blue mountains adventure, we love walking up and down the main street visiting, there op shops.
Beautiful railway station on the Blue Mountains line. Has booking office, toilets and a very well heated waiting room. The old signal box is still in place on the platform while the goods shed and crane are intact and visible from the platform. Quite picturesque!

Great railway station, about 2hrs from Central, 30 mins walk to 3 sisters lookout but buses available. Plenty of shops / bars / food places nearby
