Fantastic customer service. I went there to buy jackets for myself and my boyfriend. I chose two for myself, and the staff just showed me the exactly colour and style matching jackets for men. The staff also helped me to sign up a membership and put through the purchase in two transactions to help me save more money without me asking for anything.

DFO Moorabbin has to be one of the better DFOs with an excellent selection of stores and one of these is the Kathmandu Outlet store. Compared to the other retail stores the prices at this outlet are much cheaper. While All items here are at clearance prices, it's alo a good idea to check through their seconds section to hunt out even better bargain items. I found the staff here to be super friendly and very helpful. Being at DFO parking is free however it does get pretty busy during weekends and we found that rather than trying to park at the front a better option is to park on the Grange Road entry.
Great store & excellent selection at outlet price. I have problem with my son jacket & store manager Steve was really helpful with the exchange process. Highly recommend!
