I'm currently in my 3rd term at Kaplan, and I find the location very convenient and peaceful. It's close to the 86 and 70 tram stations, and the ambiance is perfect for studying. The lecturers are hands-on with their students, always available for assistance, and understanding about students’ work and study time conflicts. The assessments are fair, with reasonable deadlines. Concerns and queries are addressed quickly, making my experience smooth. The staff are friendly and always available. The campus itself is peaceful, with plenty of rooms and lobbies to wait in between classes, which are comfortable and spacious. Student events are engaging and exciting. I get to meet new friends every time I participate in events and activities, which is really helpful especially for someone first time living here in Melbourne. Overall, I highly recommend studying here.
Kaplan Business School is a total disaster. They seem obsessed with charging students and fabricating integrity violations that have no basis in reality. It’s clear that the school’s priority is making as much money as possible, not actually educating students. The faculty is completely unprofessional and barely engaged with the students. They just go through the motions, and it’s obvious they don’t care about helping anyone succeed. Kaplan might advertise itself as a top school, but in reality, it's just a cash machine designed to rip off students. Avoid it at all costs. GOT money to waste , choose Kaplan
I am a current student at this building and i am giving them 1 star just because there are some awesome teachers there Ive been bullied and called racist by a teacher who is PhD, but after i wanted to talk to her she turned her back on me. After complaining to the Kaplan staff, they tried to keep it a "secret" and wanted a complaint through the email. After my complaint about the teacher, WITHOUT MY CONSENTthey have submitted requests instead of me on my Kaplink portal, Kaplan Business School staff withdrew me from my subject, and they suspended me from the trimester. I was never informed about what has happened to the teacher and on question how is case being treated they were referring me to the complaint policy I have appealed and asked simple question: * Who and where gave the consent to do " late subject withdrawal" and " studies suspension" in my name ? * Why did they wanted to keep this case confidential at first and how many confidential cases u are you hiding? * Why did i have to write a complaint in the email, then make it official on Kaplink and had to tell the same thing to 5 different people ? * Why is there no communication among the staff? Looks very unprofessional comparing to how much it costs. I have notice same type of questions from all Kaplan staff, eg. "Can u tell me little bit about what happened", kind of pattern, and it seems to me that they are intentionally doing those things so they could disrupt complaint process in order to avoid possible issues. Or they are extremly rude and ignorant. They have simply ignored my apeal, and clearly, just by not wanting to answer my question, just because they canlet me know that i am a second citizen in their country.
Worst Education provider in entire Australia. They will open Fake Academic integrity cases without any basis and even after providing all evidences they will fail you. They never have any evidence themselves just a made up story and ignore all your explanation and proofs and violate all overseas students rights. Whoever is thinking to take admission in this college I would request you to go with some other providers and save your future. All the students whoever facing same issue, Don’t forget to report this to QS World ranking in written mail , So that they will get aware what these kind of colleges does to show them that they are very serious for Academic integrity cases and deserve Level 1 even if they have to open fake cases for that and spoil others future and make money from that. Shame on you Kaplan Management !! You guys don’t deserve to teach anyone and your license should be revoked by the Government. Student ID: 1833429

I was never refunded atleast a portion of my down payment. Though i did'nt continue with my enrollment. i was told by my agent that admin approved my cancelation and refund is still possible. But sadly wasted my $2,500 as they did not refund it.
I'm a current student of this campus, I got fake academic integrity in my subject. I made this assignment by myself but still they give me fake academic integrity. Kaplan is now level 2 so they tried to become Level 1 and doing this.
Kaplan is a flexible and contemporary educational institute that proactively listens to it's students for feedback. As a domestic student I enjoyed the multiculturalism and interactive nature of my learning experience. The staff add yet another level of excellence with both lecturers and back end staff providing education and assistance focused on attainment of work in your chosen field of study. I highly recommend.
Thanks for the memories and the opportunities. I studied Bachelor in Business on campus, and presently study Bachelor of Law elsewhere online. Made plenty of good friends. I was a local student, and felt at home with the international students, and felt taught, whilst in a communal environment where the lecturers know your name. For anyone who didn't find that university was really for them but still wants a tertiary education in business, I say give KBS a try.
It was a good experience to enrich my knowledge. Definitely, it was the best decision I have made in Australia, I have had a great time studying in Kaplan. I had the opportunity to have classes with amazing lectures as Shame Smith that was perfectly able to share all his knowledge, his lecture was the most enjoyable class during the lockdown.
