I have gone to many vets in the past but Vet care Kaiwharawhara takes 1st place! Dr. Leo and the rest of the wonderful team are AMAZING! you can really tell they care and love what they do. My poor Cookie was hit by a car, but thanks to them and the After hours clinic, he was back on his feet in no time! Thank you guys!

I completed a click and collect order and everything was packaged nicely and ready for pick up within 30min. I have been under a lot of stress dealing with my cat's medical condition and chats with the staff made me feel a lot better. The people here are honest, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend this store!

They were okay. I went to go get hay for my bunnies and was served by a lady with short dyed blonde hair and a septum piercing. And obviously there was a promotion on meadow hay because when i got timothy hay and explained that my rabbits didn’t like meadow, she rudely said “why?they are just bunnies” it hurt my feelings.

Nothing but lovely things to say about the staff here, Carmen especially was so helpful and saw my dog last minute at closing time, took their time and did things so thoroughly and calmly! I was so so impressed and relieved that I had her, completely personable and made easy to talk to about what was wrong with my dog without feeling guilty and my dog loved her! Definitely considering swapping vet clinics after this great experience!

Awesome store.....has everything your pet could want or need.....we mainly buy enormous bags of dog food and visit the dogwash.....dog hates it, but she always smells bloody lovely afterwards.  $99 for unlimited dogwashes......it's a no brainer!

Easy parking and always have good selection. Use dog washing facilities regularly, works well and as you can see in the photo Sid loves it also

Grateful for the cat food recommendation. Our cat’s life has improved significantly since switching the food. Also thankful to the vet who made our cat better. Animates has a good variety of pet stuff under one roof.

The employee was really helpful, shearing her knowledge about fishes, helping us choose the best combination for our tank

Friendly and knowledgeable staff; we were wanting to set up a tank for tropical fish/a Beta fish only having experience with goldfish and were given lots of useful information & advice with the Fish’s best interest from Grace, without it being condescending. I definitely recommend this Animates if you are wanting to buy Fish!
