Rainy day this is a great visit. After going to Bunnings in Lyall bay. My dog can walk through the shop on lead and can choice a treat for about $6. The staff give small treats at the counter but 50% of the time have to ask. Also has self cleaning dog facilities for $99 per year. Has all dog, cat and fish requirements for all pet owners. Nice place.
WORST GROOM EVER. Kilbirnie. I recently had my dog groomed there. It was supposed to be a full groom and did not even get to talk to the groomer prior to grooming but when I complained that they did not manage to do half the things they were supposed to, the customer service person had every excuse under the sun why they were unable to do the full groom. They had no trouble taking my $90.00 though. Worst attitude I have come across in a long time.
I have a fantastic experience for my baby Fechino’s first grooming . We want to thanks for Camilla from animates Kilbirnie. She is a best groomer!!!

I highly recommend this pet store, very freindly staff they are also helpful and there is a big variety of everything in this store for reasonable prices. You definitely get what you pay for
Staff are great. Came in for a cat adoption and staff were super interested and helpful.
There is a few equipment and products that can be useful but it's very limited and surprisingly small. There is no pets that you can buy and you should only expect the most basic of stiff.
Igor is GREAT!!! I brought my 8 years old Maltese from overseas and it was her first time getting a haircut in New Zealand, Igor was super friendly and professional... she looked super cute and comfy. Highly recommended!! Will take her back to him again soon
Was great experience. I thought the grooming on our dog was a lot better than a far more expensive business in the area. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, pick up was a little slower than planned, but all in all very pleased with the overall experience.
Wonderful staff and great customer service, everytime. Most recently we purchased a dog bed that didn't work for our dog and they kindly exchanged for one she loves, and refunded the difference - hassle free, a great relief and much appreciated!
