Surely this place has to be some sort of money washing business. They had 4 beefy security guards at the entrance yelling at you like a customs officer in an airport, the power has truly gone to their heads! The guys at the front desk are rude and completely incompetent! We paid $188 for a bottle of vodka but couldn’t buy an additional mixer for $14 separately because card minimum spend was $30 Go elsewhere, don’t support this place.
Mega-dodge. Planned an outing here and wish we had planned it elsewhere. The place is run down and the entry is on Factory St. Maps might take you to Kimberly lane entrance. Required us to bring the full amount in cash plus $50 deposit and had to give a them a license, which we got back afterward. Security guys were rude. The room we were given was way too small for 10 people and all surfaces and chair were sticky. We had to clean the room ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend.
the place is so run down and sketchy. I honestly second guessed walking in the entrance as we felt unsafe. Rude staff all looked like they didn’t want to be there and made us go to the bank to cash out bc they only accept cash witch may I add is illegal to not accept eftpos. Floors are not clean and no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Don’t bother with buying any drinks either they water them down and are overpriced.
The vibes are terrible. We were polite and excited to do some Karaoke and the staff were just rude without reason Cliff, I’m looking at you. The drinks are so overpriced and watered down, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t have any alcohol in them. The floors were stickier than a teenage boys room. And did I mention how rude and uninviting the staff were? Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
This place was really run down and dark. The desk was not lit up like the photos on google maps. A Friend went to the toilet and she said that there was vomit all over the floor. Staff was not paticularly friendly. The groudfloor entrance smelled of urine which was not off putting. They asked for a drivers licence and a credit card for a tab which I found unusual. With in my own expeience, I have only been asked for a credit card when opening a tab. Also one of the drinks smelled strange.
Seriously it i could give NO STARS I would. Horrible customer service the two men at the front were rude, the manager no better. NO toilet paper in the toilets and when complained they threw a box of tissues at me. And as our time came to an end the security guard kicked our door in and angrily said 'get out, your time is finished" and then locked our friend in the room and expected us to leave her because she hadn't finished her drink. SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING.
I have avoided this place for five years after consecutive cases of bad and unprofessional customer service. I went back last week and unfortunately, it hasn't improved. In fact, it's worsened. When my group's time was up, we weren't even allowed to finish our last song, which many karaoke places generally permit. The security guard was aggressive and rude, treating us like we were wrongdoers. He opened the door, turned on the lights and told us to get out. The song selection was poor and the venue was missing popular tracks. Avoid this place and go to a rival karaoke bar like Wagaya or Echo Point where service is better.
Terrible people on desk, promised us one price and when we arrived they tried to charge us more. Disgusting rooms, sticky carpet. The song choice awful. Awful awful awful. Do not go here
Place was very run down. Echoing many others that the floors are disgustingly sticky. Imagine every step you feel your shoes sticking down further and further into the grossness. Cups they have had mould and was sticky and when I ask for new ones they just told me they were cleaned already. Karaoke machine screen was easy to use and decent selection but the environment was not worth it.
I think it's important to warn people against this place. Do not go here. There is NO vibe. Did not have top karaoke songs like Bohemian Rhapsody, Love shack, Dancing queen and many more. Unheigenic, sticky floors and watered down drinks that aren't made in front of you so who knows what's in them. Rude staff, they also tried to retain my friend's license because she couldn't find her reciept, then tried to use that to get more money out of her, which is illegal. It's some sort of front for something dodgy. There are better places, dogs here.
