Opened in 2008 and formerly the Don Quixote restaurant for over 40 years, Sanctuary Hotel sits majestically on the corner of Kent and Liverpool St.

The space has been completely transformed into a cosmopolitan chic -scene, an intimate hangout where the whole place feels like one big VIP lounge that will be the destination venue of this downtown Sydney precinct.

Sanctuary Hotel comes alive after work and in the early evening, providing a great opportunity to meet with friends, relax before dinner, and caters to a sophisticated crowd of urbanites until well into the night.

Not my scene but convenient location for a quick drink before dinner.   5 stars for the barmen and his service.

Perfect location for having conversations during weekdays. Could be a bit too crowded for my taste during the weekends. Good cocktails, chill atmosphere. 5/7

When I went there was a 11.95 lunch special.  Options were fish, sirloin, or burger.  I got the steak and chips.  It was quite good and all for the low price of 11.95.  This is a great weekday sit down lunch option!  I enjoyed my meal.  Thank you.
