Over the last couple of weeks I lost my beautiful soulmate. Tim and Casey took him onto their care and provided him with love and respect and provided his nearest and dearest with his viewing which was a moving tribute to a much loved man by many. They helped with all of the arrangements and made such a difficult time easier. Thank you both so much
I cannot recommend the team at Just Cremate Me highly enough after supporting us during our darkest hours saying farewell to a grandchild, a horrific loss. From the first phone call to the constant communication letting us know where our Lilly was and that she was in their care to when we collected her ashes we experienced kindness, love and a feeling of comfort. It has taken me some time to write this and only after renewing my own will including Just Cremate Me thought to encourage others to utilise a beautiful small local business. Thank you for your kindness...that can't be replicated.
What impressed me the most about Just Cremate Me is my first talk with Tim over the phone only two days after my father passed away. It was not an easy time to speak to anyone yet Tim was so friendly and supportive explaining the details and being available when I needed him. So very happy, highly recommended.
Having to sort out arrangements following a recent family death, I contacted Tim from Just Cremate Me to discuss options. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me, even before I had booked his services. He was compassionate and understanding and very professional. Compared to others I contacted, he was far easier to work with no need for interviews/meetings, no hassle of trying to find documentation that was not readily available, simple paperwork to fill in and simply email back and much more reasonably priced almost a third of the cost of the two other quotes I received from other companies. Tim was easy to contact and swift in his responses. The process was easy and smooth and I was so very impressed with Tim's service and Just Cremate Me's approach that I wanted to leave a review online. The whole process could not have been simpler and I really appreciate all of your efforts, Tim.
My mother passed in late May. After ringing around, I decided to let Tim and Casey take care of mum. The communication was to the point, fast and very professional. I could not fault anything, kind, caring, respectful, compassionate, understanding and very friendly, nothing was a problem. The room was beautiful and my mum looked very much at peace. Helping, with the dressing was rewarding as Casey made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I know my mum was treated very well, which made the process a little easier. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Tim, Casey and puppy Hairy. A+ I thank you both very, very much. Xx
I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and Casey to anyone. Following the death of my wife, we couldn't have asked for more in terms of professionalism and compassion during such a painful time. It made the entire experience easier to cope with knowing that she was treated with such respect and care and everything was as prefect as we could have hoped for. Our final goodbye was beautiful. Dear Tim and Casey I would like to thank you for the way you have looked after my husband, giving him the respect and dignity he deserves. From the first contact I had with you Tim you were able to fill all my wishes for his final journey. I had 3 grown grand children and a daughter which wanted to say their final goodbyes but were hesitant seeing their poppy. You made that last visit with him so easy for them in the way their poppy was presented to them. He just looked at piece and in no more pain. They accepted it a lot better seeing him the way you done that for us. I do want to apologise for spending so much time there, we didn’t intend on that but you both made us all feel so comfortable it was like visiting family. Regards Sharon McCartney and family
Dealing with the sudden death of my brother was never going to be easy, but Tim was so professional with all of his communication and arrangements that he really took that burden off my shoulders. The fact that my brother looked just as I remember him was such a comfort. No coffin - he just looked peaceful and asleep on a bed. Casey did a wonderful job and Hairy the dog knew just who to comfort. Great job team.
We recommended Tim to a friend who suddenly lost her husband. She found Tim to be gentle and kind during this devastating time. He was always honest and transparent in all costs and the process. Thank you for softening a very tough time for our friend and her family.

Tim is a wonderful caring human being and I cannot praise Just Cremate Me highly enough.The opportunity of spending leisurely time with my husband for that final farewell was a beautiful moment in a very relaxing setting, and I thank you. His pain has gone, mine has begun.
