I purchased a no service cremation from an unnamed cheap online place. If I had only known that New Haven charged only $200 more I would have used them . When collecting my sons ashesas they also do the cremation for these companies the lovely lady Jackie I believe was kind , compassionate, empathetic helpful and when it took me 3 times to actually go inside and I could not stop crying she comforted me gave me a private room to sit in and wait while she got the ashes. ALSO when I purchased the urn from the online company it was a huge run around and also a ridiculous cost so I asked the online company not to worry about the urn. BUT when I was at New Haven Jackie showed me the urns necklace etc that they had available now and were hundreds of dollars cheaper.  I know that when someone dies and especially when they are young and it's unexpected that you don't have time to see what is economical or not as you are grieving.  PLEASE try this place as I wish I had But was thankful all the same as they treated my sons body and me with respect and empathy etc. Please use this company and ask for Jackie and no I am not related to or even know anyone at this company personally.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the support and care provided by Siobhan during one of the most difficult times of my life. After my mum passed away, Siobhan handled every aspect of the funeral arrangements with utmost professionalism, empathy, and consideration. After the loss of my father Tony from Newhaven Funerals helped our family through the process of organising a cremation only for him as was Dad’s wishes. For my Dad's cremation, we used Bare and he was sent to Stapyton Newhaven. During our first conversation, Jane was the first person we spoke with, and she showed us their display of urns and other memorial items.nThere were a few things I brought from them. Jane was very helpful, kind, and nothing was too much trouble for her.nI have Dad with me now, and I burn a candle each day in memory of him. I would recommend Newhaven Funerals to anyone. The staff are brilliant and very caring when your loved one has passed. The service was awesome the flowers was beautiful. I did not fault anything or anyone. I give all the staff, the service the lot a 10/10. A BIG THANK YOU.
