My family would like to thank all the staff of Lohrisch Funeral Directors for the wonderful kindness and empathy shown to us at the funeral of Cynthia on 16/2/18, particularly Jodie.
It was a beautiful service, smoothly and tactfully conducted.
Every contact with Jodie was quickly and easily dealt with.  There was no attempt at any stage to rush or encourage us to" get something better for a little more".
It was all about what we wanted. 
And even afterwards, there is full support with Jodie, going the extra mile.

Good morning 
I was at a service at your funeral parlour yesterday 15 january at 1.00pm. And would just like to say it was very very nice and caring service.and i will recommend this funeral directors to every body. Stephen.

JG Lohrisch handled my step dads funeral and were outstanding. Doug was our contact and he was so gentle and kind with my mother during the whole process. Despite the other review on here, we in fact had a similar situation but the opposite experience. We were running heavily behind time, pushing over the allocated time to then make it onto the cemetery. Doug communicated clearly with us that he was able to push back the burial as far as possible and gave us as much time as he could. We couldn't recommend this company more.

0n 10 July I came from Melbourne to attend my 90 year old favourite uncle's funeral. As I am 73 myself and  at my age rather experienced at funeral  attending,I wish to register my absolute shock and horror at the treatment of the family by the celebrant in""hurrying up"the speakers. I was watching her face and I could see she was getting agitated.I know you have schedules to run to and I guess one of the sons was taking a bit longer than you wanted, but it is the first time I have EVER EVER  heard anyone told thats enough at a funeral.There were other family members scheduled to speak and a photo display but all that got shelved. I guess everybody will blame everyone else, but I am sure if you scheduled your services a bit further apart this treatment of grieving people wouldn't happen.  Mrs Rana Wilson
