Pets In Peace

It's coming up to the second anniversary since my best friend, my white shadow, my little scorpion had to leave me and go to Heaven and it's still as raw today as it was then. On the day that my little fur baby passed I was lost and absolutely distraught, just the thought of finding a company that was we to take care of her let alone take care of her with love and dignity seemed impossible. However after contacting a few other businesses I contacted Pets In Peace who were incredibly reassuring, compassionate and caring. They collected baby from the veterinarian clinic and then delivered her back to me a couple of days later. The staff took every care to explain the options available and the processes involved with each option. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they genuinely care for each and every pet and care for you, they provide tips that may help you cope with losing your loved ones. Feel free to give them a call to discuss your options and/or requests, which they are generally happy to accommodate. There were some issues that I had namely the apparent effort put into placing baby girl Flick's paw print 🐾 onto the certificate and the lock of fur cut from her, otherwise they were exceptional in every other way.

I called after hours and a lady by the name of Bev took my call. She was so lovely, understanding and understood the pain I was in. I later found out she's the owner and insists on still being involved with the business. I also had a delivery person by the name of Geoff who was fantastic and flexible. I would highly recommend using this service to see off your loved ones for one final time

I don't usually leave reviews however I really felt the the care and professionalism shown by this lovely group of people warranted mention. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

What was one of the saddest days was made a little easier by the help of Pets in Peace. I couldn't fault their service, the gentleman who came to the house was just lovely and I knew Jack would be treated respectfully. They also honoured the memory of our Jack returning a paw print and lock of hair with his ashes. I was deeply impressed.

Can't recommend them enough. So friendly thoughtful and caring. Our beloved Elly is home now and we can't thank pets in peace enough for their compassion. Thank you for bringing Elly home to us ❤️❤️
