Last November we have to make a heart breaking decision to say goodbye our dear Ruby. Vets Morayfield was absolutely amazing on that very sad day. They have recommended Pets In Peace for Ruby's cremation. Ruby was delivered to us someone at Pets In Peace not by courier. We were so overhelmed with sadness. The lady who delivered Ruby to us she was nice and delivered Ruby with utmost care. Thank you very much.
I cannot say enough. So extremely happy with the entire service. My beautiful Old English Sheepdog Reggie was picked up within a couple of days. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were so compassionate and made my decisions on everything so easy in my time of grief. We had updates and my beautiful boy was home with me within a week. All the details for example his rosewood box, plaque and lock of hair in a special heart shaped card are of high quality. I used Pets In Peace for my previous beauty and so eternally happy I used them again. Thank you for everything you have made my grieving period a little bit easier. Anita
Thank you so much for looking after our little Manx cat Stumpy of 20 years. When we knew we were going to lose him, Pets in Peace responded quickly on a Friday afternoon and then a couple of days later left us with some beautiful memories of our dear friend which we can always treasure. A truly exceptional service.
It's a shame I had to use their services, but I could not be more happy and impressed with the care and consideration I was shown. The staff are lovely, and what I received are beautiful mementos I will cherish forever. I am so glad I decided to get more than I originally thought I needed, because everything is so special to me now for different reasons. Thank you so much!!

The Pets In Peace team were so kind and compassionate when we suddenly lost our little staffy girl Bliss. They answered all of our questions, and provided such caring service. I would highly recommend them to help during your pets final journey

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to of been referred to Pets in Peace. From the very moment we lost our darling girl they were so thoughtful, professional and supportive to our family and made the process so simple and beautiful. 5 stars is not even close to what you deserve. No words can describe the admitted stuff ups by this company . My daughters dog passed away at the age of 13y and 9 months. They forgot to take his footprint in clay, delivered the wrong 3 necklaces with his ashes and hair in. An empty cremation certificate with no certificate in it.. ….so do we have the correct ashes?? My daughter is so distressed . ‘Jody’ has been wonderful to me on the phone trying to sort the mess out. But the rudeness of ‘Candice’ is beyond thinking. For $880 it should be gold class service. If you ring it goes to whoever is available.. Logan, Ipswich, Clontarf. No wonder there are issues. Obviously no one communicates. This matter is going to be taken further . Totally outrageous and unacceptable in very vulnerable times. Milo’s mum is amazing and feels she has let him down. No she hasn’t. This company has.
Our beautiful boy Poohie passed away in difficult circumstances recently. We were inexperienced and unprepared, which left us guilt ridden and distressed. I admit I was a difficult Pets in Peace customer because of this. Despite this, Edith, the Clontarf/Regional Manager was perfectly lovely, understanding and compassionate. Every word she spoke and wrote was soothing and loving. We felt like she was & still is our dearest friend. How lucky we are to have had her look after us during such a traumatic time. Every task she managed and everything the team did for us was perfect. The experience was the light in the dark for us. Thank you Edith for being such a wonderful human being and for enabling your team to be so kind, caring and respectful toward Poohie and ourselves.
