We saw a property on Davis St Millfield we loved. Rang Agent who didn't bother to ring back. Rang again & got a different agent who said it's probably sold we will let you know if it doesn't. Noticed still for sale with Motivated vendors. Shame the Real Estate Agent isn't Motivated. No call back from Agent. No wonder it hasn't sold. We have now purchased a property elsewhere but it could have been a sale for this vendor. If it was my property I would be changing agents. Absolutely pathetic.
Michael from Jurds Real Estate was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating with our timing requests for inspections as we were coming from Sydney to the Hunter. All in all, it was a pretty smooth process - Thanks Michael! There was a bit of back and forth between the Real Estate and my Broker which I felt could have been smoother.
