So much fun!! I was super sore the next day but it was worth it! Too hot in there and most of the arcade machines don't work but we were there for the trampolines. Surprisingly good food. Service was top notch.
Great place to have fun with the kids or host a kids party. Lots of other activities wall climbing, dodge ball, rope swinging and walking etc but mostly trampoline. Order food and drinks on site. The staff are nice and friendly. The sign in process was tedious and they collect way too much personal information.
Kids loved it! Food was incredibly unspectacular, but the staff was great. The pizza dough appeared to be some sort of premade, precooked dough that ended up crusty like a cracker when cooked. But you don't come for the food. Lots of comfortable places for parents to sit awkwardly while kids jump around trying to avoid permanently injuring themselves. 5 star kids entertainment 2 star food
Here on March break in the afternoon. Absolutely packed. Bought 60 minute tickets. Mobile check in was simple and there was a separate queue for mobile ticket holders so we got in past the crowd waiting outside. There are no vending machines for drinks but there's a concession stand. I waited 15 minutes to be served because of how busy it was. I paid $8 for 2 bottles of Gatorade. There is seating up around the trampolines that need to be stalked and hunted if you plan on sitting. Mingling with other parents I discovered that evening time is less busy since the kids are off having dinner. So I would recommend that common sense if you don't like being around many people.
Great activity to get the heart rate up, a leg workout and fun with the family. Came on Monday so not busy and easy to get to use all the areas. My kids LOVED it. Will return.
My son had a lot of fun. Best part is that it is very clean. We reached late on the evening and only had 45 minutes before they close. My son wants to revisit
Great experience. Good value too. If you're not practiced at it and decide to bounce with your kids be warned it's a workout ! Also we found the socks that you get there fit extremely small, myself and my kids had to break the elastics in the ankle to get them on and off but they're only 3 dollars so I can't really complain.
Attend birthday party over here quite busy place and tables as they have such busy day with lot of birthdays. Arrangements were pretty good. Area is so spacious for all age of people . Food may be plan according people’s taste pizza was soft and fresh . Need gripe shocks who is using trampoline. They are also providing by chance we need at a time. They were managing well when the food and table is ready used to do announcements so kids can be back to table. Not sure about time limit as our party was for 2.5 hrs which is sufficient for kids enjoyment and food . Washroom were clean . Plenty parking out side . Nice seating arrangements front of the trampoline as well . Need some more instruments. Seen basketball ball, balancing rope , slides , rope etc
My son loves playing here. They do have a lot of things for kids fun. Here are the things I do not appreciate as a parent. - Very poor cleanliness standards. Arrived at opening today and it was DIRTY. doors, floors, bathrooms, games... I hate to think what the cleaning protocols were like prior to Covid. I'm praying we don't get sick again. -Adult male supervisor has the most terrible customer service skills I've ever encountered. Very rude. Instead of offering an explanation of why he couldn't help me he just said no and starred at me until I left. All of the kids who work here seem to be awesome though. -Bought a toddler 10 pass the first time I went. Used one hour. The second time we ever entered the building it only had 6 passes left. Not sure what happened here but if you aren't paying attention you should. -One Friday night there was no pizza at the concession stand for purchase. They said it was only for parties. Forced us to leave... -Capacity levels. who is keeping track of how many people are in this space?
Not one for leaving reviews, let alone negative ones but I am thoroughly disappointed in Flying Squirrel. I brought my son and his 2 friends here for my son’s 6th birthday to jump for an hour. The amount of staff to children ratio is ridiculous. All other trampoline places I have ever been to have strict numbers and limitations to one child per trampoline and it is very well maintained. The flying squirrel was an absolute zoo with children running and jumping on every trampoline not to mention the size/age difference between all the children being allowed to run wild throughout the whole place. My son was at his birthday celebration for 5 minutes and was jumping on a trampoline alone when a larger kid comes running through and double bounces my son breaking his leg. The waiver is an absolute joke and states that the staff can be negligent in supervision and safety enforcement, and the maintaining of equipment. Working at a physiotherapy clinic I was completely shocked when I found out the number of injuries that we have treated at our clinic directly from the flying squirrel I really wish I knew this before!. No other trampoline parks injury numbers are anywhere NEAR the amount from the flying squirrel. They genuinely neglect the safety of their customers. Although it was my choice to bring my son to the flying squirrel I thoroughly expected the enforcement and supervision of the safety for all the children in the facility to be way better. Although I will be taking my son to other trampoline parks that properly enforce safety rules that are clearly stated on many signs in the place - such as one child per trampoline! I will never be bringing my son to the flying squirrel again and I will be advising all my sons friends and family members to avoid this seriously unsafe facility!
