Happy with services provided for my daughter in her first year. Dr Comer and Dr Go were both excellent at communicating and listening. Front desk have been friendly especially Zoe, all nurses involved in shots , bandaging a finger and triage have been lovely and professional.
Get better staff or else close your centre . I will send a Petetion to close your medical centre . You need to fix the following 1 nurses to respond as soon as possible or hire more nurses 2 don’t make people wait when they are on time if we are late for 5 min we have to rebook it , how fare is it 3 change your doctors they are of no use , my wife had a problem and was diagnosed for more than 3 years and no solution . Same with my kid worst service . People jus google instead of listening to the patients 4 your fees is high compared with others , but we expect better service for the fees you charge . 5 never get appointment within the same week , what is the use of your medical centre ? We can still go to emergency services . 6 get a better pedestrian, kids need more care
Dr Sian Williams is an excellent doctor. I've been her patient for a couple years and she has always diagnosed, treat, and helped me through big issues. She is friendly, caring and a very good doctor.
This centre is definitely underrated here. I have just moved to Johnsonville and enrolled in this centre. Dr. Julia Hudson and nurse Toni who I have seen are so good, very friendly and caring.
So I'm new at Johnsonville Medical Centre, it's probably just me but I expect to got some kind of text reminder of my appointment day or appointment confirmation, I didn't get any one of those. I always got it from my previous GP, dentist and hell even from massage place. Sometimes I forget about the appointments I had, because of work and home stuff, so I really appreciate if someone reminds me of my appointments. For me it's just a good customer service to remind your client about the appointment, because you know, you want them to come and give you their money.
Change your nurses . They are of no use . I can google myself and get better treatment myself . Ask them to pick the call soon or hire more nurses . It’s a waste of time . 25 min to speak with a nurse ? That is ridiculous, don’t take more people to register if you don’t have staff . Worst experience always when I try to contact you .
Please give a big THANK YOU to Dr Lisa Go. Helped me with tricky repeat prescriptions, chased up specialists at the hospital and sent everything to my pharmacy with fantastic communication the whole time. Could not ask for better! So grateful, thank you! Also Dr Nicola Comer did an excellent surgery for me, painless and explained everything really well, thank you too.
Very disappointed!!! What’s wrong with Johnsonville medical Center, sent a letter to me saying I didn’t attend my appointment and unattended appointment will be charged for $45 penalty fee. It was for my son, and we did attend the appointment, I booked the appointment for him and also called you to confirm it was for my son! Got another letter saying my husband didn’t pay for the fee, nobody told him about it, how would he know he needed to pay and not covered by ACC, poor service, check your system before you send out the letters.
This medical centre does NOT care for the well-being of their patients. I have had what started as a minor problem turn into over 4 MONTHS of hell, 3 rounds of antibiotics, and now I’m back to the start again because every doctor I have seen here has failed me. The worst experience in this entire process being prescribed a medication that hasn’t been available since LAST YEAR and not being able to get it changed at the pharmacy after the pharmacist, myself and even my mother in another part of the country tried to contact them SEVERAL times to talk to the doctor who prescribed me the wrong thing. Because you neglected to call me and the pharmacy back even after you SAID YOU WOULD I had to start the treatment incorrectly for several days, and when you finally contacted me at the very END of the day the FOLLOWING WEEK to fix it and I began that treatment, it didn’t work properly. Hundreds of dollars spent here and not a single person who cares. Going to start all over again at a different doctor as this has left me sick, upset, out of pocket, and unbelievably frustrated. Would NEVER recommend this practice.
I've had a great experience with the team Reception, Nurses and the GPs for multiple appointments. Today I witnessed Reception deal with some extremely challenging people in a calm and professional manner. Some patients need to find a little patience. Keep up the good work everyone :
