Just came from johnsonville medical centre, the reception and nurses were amazing at getting me in super quick and sorting me out.nnI visited Nurse Francesca Li and she was amazing, super reassuring, somehow made a painful appointment with needles and tweezers completely pain free. Much appreciated, I can go home and relax now.nnThanks team !
I'm blessed to be a patient of Johnsonville Medical Centre I'm so lucky to have Dr Lisa as my gp I haven't had a gp in 15 years until I signed up here last year we wouldn't be a community without the pillar of Johnsonville Medical Centre
Excellent care, needed to get Mum to Dr urgent & got Dr Rakesh he is very caring, kind & thoughtful & thorough, Fabian gr8 too, caring & they all listen, they all good. Def recommendnDr Ross Anderson away @ the moment who I usually see he is gr8 also.nWould def recommend
I recently had an appointment with Nurse Julie and Doctor Ross, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and support I received.nTheir professionalism, kindness, and patience truly stood out. Their compassionate approach made a huge difference in my experience.nIf you're looking for a medical team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend them.
I called the medical center to request a repeat prescription for my child and was instructed to use the phone line to leave a voice message with my request. I did exactly that and specifically asked for the prescription to be sent to Porirua Chemist Warehouse. Five working days later, I arrived at Chemist Warehouse only to find they hadn’t received the prescription. I then had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the medical center to sort it out. This experience was frustrating and felt like a complete disregard for my time. Absolutely unacceptable.
