My GP had forwarded the referral to Pacific Radiology almost a month ago and told me that someone from Pacific Radiology will call to confirm an appointment. No call came through. When I called to enquire today, I was told that the centre is fully booked till September and couldn't accommodate me. When I asked them to cancel the referral and let my GP know, they extremely unhelpfully told me that was my job to do. When I asked them about alternates, they asked me to do some searching on their own. Highly unprofessional and complete lack of customer service. Please modernise your system and reach out to customers to let them know that you are unable to service them. Medical diagnostics are a necessity not a luxury!
Everyone I talked to, from the front desk to the radiographer, was professional, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate how my radiographer explained how to position my foot for the x-rays and why I was doing so. Efficient and friendly service, would absolutely go back again if needed.
I gave the scheduling 4 stars but 5 stars for the sonographer on my 39 week UTZ. I have been to 3 different sonographer 2 in other facility but Matt was the best one, he talks and explains to us what he's doing and he is very engaging which you will be at ease to ask questions. Thank you Matt!
Appointments were running to time, staff were friendly and the whole process was over in less than 5 minutes. I suspect they have pulled their socks up since all the poor reviews were posted here.
Trying to get through to make an appointment is almost impossible and when I did get through the guy cut me off because he couldn't hear me clearly. Requested a call back the second time I tried and 24 hours later I'm still waiting
The area where I have pain was not scanned, I asked the lady if she can scan it but replied that there is no time. I feel like I paid for nothing. Not happy with the service.
I've had one xray scan and one ultrasound there so far, both very good! They gave us all ultrasound images on a CD free of charge for baby scan.
The rudest people working on the phone I ever experienced. 1 star is more then enough.
Staff members are really nice and helpful.
