My wife and I have both visited Jennifer several times, typically once a year. It's amazing how she can check out an entire body in 15 minutes without seeming to hurry and blasting liquid nitrogen at anything small you would be better off without as she goes. Anything nasty gets analysed and removed on a second visit. A few days ago I mentioned Jennifer to a friend and my heart nearly stopped when she looked straight at me and said that she had saved her daughter's life, on discovering a stage 4 melanoma by arranging a full scale hospital operation the following morning. On a weekend too.
Jennifer has been excellent every time I have visited her clinic. She was extremely helpful with sorting out my peri-oral dermatitis and suspicious looking moles. She is a great listener, does not rush you and explains procedure/ diagnoses very well. I would recommend her to everyone.
Very disappointed with Jennifer Pilgrim. Her receptionist is really rude, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time. No apology when I went in and rushed through my appointment. Simply prescribed me some cream and didn't tell me anything at all about how to manage my condition, causes, triggers, or other treatments. Then charged a ridiculous amount of money for a 7-minute appointment. Would never go there again and definitely don't recommend her.
Simply Awesome. Dr Pilgrim was empathic, and knowledgeable. She was very thorough. I went to her to have a mole removed on my face. My GP had said it needed to come out it would have left a scar. Dr Pilgrim thoroughly assessed it and my other moles and it didn't have to be removed. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Pilgrim to anyone.
Jennifer is an amazing Doctor! She is respectful, attentive, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend her care.
Very disappointed with my visit to Jennifer Pilgrim. She did not listen to anything I had to say and even shushed me when I tried to talk.
Fantastic doctor who is very friendly and knows her stuff!
