Really disappointing that I had to twice chase up the initial consultation report after initially contacting the referring optometrist when 2 months had passed. The report was eventually written up on the day of my second enquiry, 10 weeks after the consultation, with no apology or explanation. If I hadn't persisted, it still wouldn't be done.
Absolutely fantastic service, highly professional and very caring. Surgery went without a hitch. Highly recommended, especially Wendy and Steve Mackay.
