I purchased a queen ensemble base which was delivered just before Christmas to my brand new house. The delivery driver dented my wall while carrying the base up the stairs and did not tell me. I have since tried to sort this out with him and he denied everything. Also customer service is no help whatsoever. I try calling numerous times throughout the day and it just rings out. I'm very unsatisfied with the professionalism of John Cootes and will not be shopping with them anymore. I paid $80 for someone to damage my house it would seem.

I was promised for the free delivery if I pay by debit or credit card but when I visited the Shop after having final decision, The manager at the shop changed her mind and charged few bugs. Please be aware everyone
