I have recently organised my son's birthday party at Jindalee Jungle. It was a very good experience. If you're looking for an exciting and memorable birthday party experience for your child, look no further than Jindalee Jungle! This indoor space is packed full of fun activities that are perfect for kids of all ages. The staff at Jindalee Jungle are incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of Jindalee Jungle is the huge play area, which features a range of obstacles, slides, and climbing frames. Kids can spend hours exploring and burning off energy in this exciting space, and the colourful jungle-themed decorations make it even more fun. Overall, I highly recommend Jindalee Jungle for any child's birthday party. The staff are fantastic, the facilities are top-notch, and there's something for everyone to enjoy. Your child and their friends will have a truly unforgettable experience at Jindalee Jungle!
First time coming here in years and unfortunately it seems to have gone down hill. Place is dirty, run down and overpriced. There used to be discos and lights running but none of that happens anymore. At least not while I was there. There used to be an interactive display kids could play with. This has gone and replaced with a bounce pillow that needs a good wipe. We arrived shortly after opening and there was food on the tables and the floor like it hadn’t been properly cleaned from the day before. My kids enjoyed themselves but I feel like I need to take them home for a good bath. Lots of the equipment is run down with plastic coverings breaking and peeling off.
Sad to hear you are closing! Our 2x 3yo & 1 yo absolutely allowed this place!! So much fun. So much space! Also, coffee and the food is amazing! Even though the staff at the Cafe are young they are very respectful & well mannered!
New owner is lovely person. Very accommodating and welcoming. Kids had a great time, mums had a relaxing time. Space isn't too big so easy to keep an eye on the kids. Good food, good fun.
Okay experience. Smells like smelly socks but I dont expect it would be easy to maintain a great smell with so many kids and babies visiting. But maintenance is poor. A lot of dirty broken toys. Not sure if it was a snapshot in time. But I'd recommend staff to be always floating around the floor tidying tables, reseting toys , sanitizing etc. but primarily to assist enforcing the rules. With staff presence believe parents will make a better effort to supervise their kids and ensure they are being safe and playing appropriately . My 9 month old was playing in the ball pit in the baby area when a child aged 4ish jumped on top of him. Then a whole party of similar aged kids joined in jumping in the ball pit , running, throwing balls. Disappointing that parents were encouraging this by throwing the balls back at their kids. Some parents did the right thing and redirected their children but I still had to remove my baby from the baby area. I know theirs signs everywhere to supervise your children but it still needs to be policed
Absolutely fantastic! My son had the most amazing time playing non stop for hours! He loved all the climbing equipment and slides and loves the little cars you can drive around in. My son is a celiac and when I went over to the counter to check on what was safe for him to eat I was left feeling extremely happy and well looked after. Not only did the lovely girl go through everything he could have on the menu, they had a seperate fryer for gluten free products and even went out back to check to make sure the tomato sauce was safe all without prompts from me which made me feel relaxed and that I could trust he was going to be able to eat safely. We will most definitely be back!
It looks like a great place for young kids to run wild . My 2yr g-son had a ball . I saw them testing the disco lights and music out as they do party's there too . They also have a small cafe there with tables and chairs in the middle so you can clearly watch the kids playing. I tried the hot chips and yummy cooked on nice clean oil . Seem like a nice safe place for the kids and have a cuppa
I had a private party for second time. kids were happily playing around and parent were chatting and eating freely. thanks from lovely owner and staff.
If you want your child to spend time in a dirty environment with broken and messy toys, dirty games, as well as poor quality and expensive food, I suggest you definitely use this place. In my opinion, the new management is much weaker than before and they are only thinking about counting money and in the end everyone writes thanks under the comment...please fix the problems of your collection instead of thanking. It's good and it's great.. I say that before defining it as good, see other cases and then judge
Jindalee Jungle were so accommodating after our local park birthday party was washed out. They were able to organise tables and seating for our large group on the morning of the party. We are extra grateful for their flexibility regarding outside food as we had a number of adults and children with specific dietary requirements. Overall a really great experience. Accessible, affordable and accomodating
