Our security alarm battery died today, so rang Jaycar who advised they had an identical battery. The price was very reasonable and on sale. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable on their products. Would highly recommend this local business to everyone. Thank you for the outstanding customer service I received today.
Buyer beware. Store assistant will ask you what you want then show you and take off the shelf the most expensive item and give it to you to buy. But look harder and you will find the same items for alot cheaper. This happened On two different occasions when I went to buy HDMI cables and stereo plugs. So stop and have a look before accepting her advice and products.
these guys are so awesome to deal with if we get stuck with cables or anything I couldn't recommend this place any higher, today we needed a modem cable they told us to take a photo and bring in to make sure we got the right one, thanks guys!
Unfriendly and rude service. Quick to take your money, but can't be bothered in assisting and providing proper advice. They pretend as if they are knowledgeable, and the customer not. I won't shop there again.
Absolutely don't bother with this location. Worst customer service, extremely rude & unprofessional. We were regular customers along with our family members and friends. We will no longer shop here and will continue to share our awful experience with others looking for electronics.
They do not have much knowledge in what they sell. Quick to take your money, but if any problens arise afterward, they are not all that interested. I will try another branch next time, maybe.
Always very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to this shop a number of times and always get what I need. I'll be using them again in the future.
I came back for a refund which they obliged but got scolded like a child for buying the wrong product. Customer service could improve.
Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.
Poor parking. They don't answer the phone. Website says they have items in stock, staff says they dont.
