I used Jagers Carpets to install carpet into my apartment. I was extremely impressed not only by the workmanship of the layers, but also by the customer service that I was given at their store. The job presented was of utmost professionalism and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Highly recommend these guys! I am a property manager in Bentleigh and they went above and beyond to get new carpets installed within 48 hours. I called on a Tuesday and they had carpets completely laid by Thursday afternoon (the day before the tenants moved in). Caitlin kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening and even followed up with me to ensure the installation was completed on time. I'll definitely be giving them more work in the future!

MOST unprofessional and rude family owned business. The daughter has major ego issues arrogance and raciest.. Think twice before excepting any assistance from them.

We bought a large rug and two carpet rugs from Caitlin and the service was fantastic. She provided us with expert knowledge on size, colour balancing and fabric composition. Also the prices were very competitive and she was lovely to deal with. Highly recommend!
