I ordered my new Subaru XV in Dec 2021 knowing there would be a 5-6 month wait for delivery. I traded my 2017 XV and was concerned that the valuation given at the time i ordered the new vehicle may change but to JMC credit, it didn't and the change over in early May was seamless. I would particularly like to thank Brodie Oshannessy who kept me updated on the cars progress in the production process and took extra time to help me with some of the new technology when i picked it up:- Thanks Brodie!

The staff are all polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about their cars. Also, I couldn't have asked for more help in going through everything about the internal controls before I drove away in my new Subaru.
I can't speak highly enough of the folks in the service department. Back in September we were over from Adelaide doing an around the island trip when I had an issue in my Forester. The guys there sorted us out and sent me and the family on our way without charge. It was very much appreciated.
