Very poor service. Deceptive claims on print out of 65 point safety check and told same verbally on booking in. When I asked for a report copy, the manager told me they no longer do that. At pick up i was advised i needed a new tyre as tread worn, went to recommended tyre service and in 3 minutes they identified size mismatch. Missed by mechanic. An expensive waste of my time and money
A bit disappointed with the outcome. These guys tried and failed to fix my vehicle. Very pleasant and fitted me in but sent me on my way $1300 lighter and the problem reoccurred 60kms away. Road side assist did what the could and got me moving again. The fault reappear before leaving Launceston and we limped back to Hobart.
On a recent 4wd trip to Tasmania, one of the Ford Rangers suffered a seized tensioner bearing rendering the vehicle inoperable. The vehicle was towed overnight to Burnie Ford. We contacted the service manager, Ryan at 8am and explained the circumstances that it needed to be drivable to make the Melbourne ferry at 5pm that night. We arrived at the dealership shortly afterwards with Ryan suit and all and a service tech looking over the mud filled engine, identifying what needed replacement. Ryan located the parts and managed to get them installed by one of the service techs all before lunch. Thanks Ryan, and the guys that made it happen, terrific service and would happily recommend Burnie Ford.

If you are after REAL service and down to earth people that LISTEN to what you are after then these are the ones to see. Twice I have purchased from them and twice I have been happy. Supporting local businesses is what people need to do. It's easy for me to say Rodney Votavota went above and beyond with the recent transactions and Aaron twice you have been fantastic, thanks again everyone. I am looking forward to more future transactions.
I have recently purchased a new Ford Ranger from Burnie Ford and I have found the whole process really easy. I have been dealing with Ryan Strochnetter and have been blown away with his professionalism and advice that have made this purchase such a rewarding and positive experience. Ryan was in constant contact with me in regards to keeping me in the loop and provided me with advice on how I could personalise the vehicle to my own needs. I totally trusted Ryan's recommendations and would recommend to anyone who is considering buying a new car to give him a call.
Not cheap, not quick but they do honour vehicle warranties with no hassles and that's does give me piece of mind and I would consider visiting again for another vehicle purchase.
Waited for 20 minutes to be served in the service dept. Staff told me that the electric window controller had been damaged by someone taking it out and wouldn't be replaced under warranty. It's a mystery who would have taken it out. Has only been serviced by a Ford dealer and never been a problem with the electric windows.
Applied to Ford for a post warranty claim, if it wasn’t for Jackie and the team in Burnie I doubt we would have got the result we did. Can’t speak highly enough of the service they gave us.
Absolutely amazing to deal with, havent had an issue with them and the team is super friendly. Go in see Sam Hyland and get yourself a stunning deal. Great dealership, family owned and well respected.
