We are so glad we had Natalia Porter as our salesperson. She was a very professional young lady who we found to be genuinely caring and excited about our purchase. Right through the whole process while we were waiting for our car to be built she kept us informed and always returned our calls when we had questions. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nat to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle through JMC Devonport. The other staff there we also friendly when we entered the business.
I recently purchased a new Subaru Impreza from Jackson's Subaru Devonport. My experience with Reg Horton was excellent. Reg worked with me to find the right deal and followed the order through including delivering the vehicle to my home address. I found him professional and courteous to deal with at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jackson's Subaru Devonport and Reg Horton if anyone is considering purchasing a vehicle.
Very organised and easy to deal with. Ran through everything that was carried out during the service. My only complaint is that I thought the car was getting a vacuum but it didn't appear to have been done. There was also a grease mark on my sun visor. When I arrived I asked for details of a painless dent repair business and when I collected the car they had a business card attached to my paper work which I really appreciate.
Excellent communication and service. First time customer and definitely will continue to take our Outback for regular services.
Friendly welcoming, fast and efficient drop off, courtesy lift into town, great communication via text message during service and to advise completion, convenient city pick up, car returned thoroughly serviced and clean, excellent run through of checks, and the best part - a block of Anvers choccie!

He did not pressure me into my purchase, provided all the information I needed, followed up and ensured I was kept up to date with the progress of my purchase. He had a great sense of humour and upon the delivery of my car, spent lots of time ensuring I knew the features of the car etc. Andrew was exceptional and I would highly recommend him as a salesperson. I am rapt with my new car too!
