AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Called chasing some specific tyres Hankook Ventus Prime4 in March 2024. Was told they didn't have stock, but could get them from NSW and it'd be "a couple weeks" wait. We agreed on a price and I told them to go ahead and order them. A couple weeks went by, and I heard nothing, so called them and they advised "there is a delay, we should have them next week". The following week I received a Text message saying my tyres had arrived and to call to schedule an appointment, which I did. Dropped the car off for tyres to be fitted and returned a couple hours later to find they had ordered and installed the WRONG TYRES Hankook Optimo, they had installed a cheaper and lower tier tyre than I specifically ordered Hankook Ventus Prime4. I explained this to the Store Manager at the time not the regular Store Manager, as he was in another store that day and he apologised and called the 'regular' Store Manager to explain the issue, which happened to be the same person who I originally ordered the tyres through at the start. Shockingly, his response was "Yeah well It is what it is! Those are the tyres you ordered and they are on the car now". I should clarify, they were absolutely not what I ordered. I'm very, very particular and recall every detail relating to my car. I should mention that the price also changed between the initial quote and order, where I was advised "$630 all done!". So not only did they order and install the wrong tyres, when they presented the invoice, it was now $680. After there was no other option or remedy offered by the Manager to come to an agreeable outcome, I refused to pay and told them to put my old tyres back on which they did and I left, and have since had a much better experience at another tyre shop. I would recommend EVERYBODY AVOID this store like the plague. I'd hate to think they deliberately attempted a 'Bait and Switch' hoping I wouldn't notice and charging a more expensive price than anywhere else would for the tyres they ended up installing. Just for further context on the absurdity of their claim that those were the tyres I ordered, the tyres they installed Hankook Optimo were available in stock at all tyre shops, last month for $570. So why would I have agreed to pay $630 and wait a month for the exact same thing?? Also when I got the call from the Manager saying there was a delay, he verbally confirmed the tyres I had ordered Ventus Prime4. This is what makes me think they were trying a Bait and Switch. Also I've made an interesting observation relating to the Google reviews for this store... the bad reviews match my experience entirely and have lots of comments. The positive reviews seem fake/bot generated with very few comments or just generic comments. I wonder if they are 'purchasing' fake reviews to offset the true, negative ones?? Anyway....DO NOT GO HERE.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! You'll be glad you did.

No stars! Took car in for front wheel alignment,2 new tyres. Somehow they broke a bolt on back axle and said I had to replace bushing, which they should've touched. I then had an hours walk home in the rain, you would think they'd ask if you are OK to get home. As soon as I get home manager rings and says car's ready, which I then tell him it can't be and he said he'd call back, which he didn't do until the next day. Only this time he tells me my tyres are ready. I then had to explain again the situation with my car and they were waiting on parts and once again he said he'd call me back, which didn't happen. Finally get call after 5pm on 3rd day, way to late to organise transport. Not sure if he is the manager but the bloke with accent doesn't seem to know what's going on or anything about customer service.
The Team were amazing. I had a major brake issue that looked like ruining my holiday. Luckely the team were able to fit me in at short notice, source the parts and get me back on the road in a timely manner. Big Thank You!!
Some helpful advice: A Don't swear like a bogan when you have customers waiting in the office; B contact your customers if there's a problem with a job instead of just going ahead and doing something that I didn't want and charging me for it; C dont tell me that my tyre was buggered from driving on it whilst it was flat - it went flat in my driveway over the course of several days. D don't tell me the tyre didn't have "much meat" left on it when there was still 8mm tread depth left on it yeah, I measured with the verniers. We have dealt with Tyre Right Latrobe on two occasions, both having a less than ideal experience. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking it might have just been an isolated incident, but twice in a row... Luckily there's a good population of tyre shops in the area with much, much better service and communication.
Working hard while the rest of us holiday, I can't recommend these guys highly enough, they went above and beyond to help me out, and I couldn't help but notice that everyone I seen working there were smiling, they all looked so happy, a great tribute to a very professional and friendly crew.
Requested and confirmed several times to have front tyres replaced than rotated to the back as they had the most wear. Instead they simply changed the rear tyres which were fine. A poor business practice which will prevent me going back again.
The team is professional and has fixed my low air tyre as quickly they could without charging us. Thanks guys
