We went to JMC in Camdale and very well assisted by Scott we now have a new "used" car. As my husband isn't well and can't drive and I work 3 days a week they delivered the new beauty to our home. Jasmin was amazing to deal with she was friendly and easy going and made things happen in a timely manner. Jasmin provided outstanding customer service and if I need a vehicle in the future I will be asking to liaise with her again. In saying all the above I’ve now had my car for approx 4 weeks and had nothing but trouble trying to get issues fixed by Jackson’s feel like they have taken my money and now don’t care very disappointed with service I have received

First time I went to JMC Burnie about 3 years ago for an urgent service booking for my Optima. I was treated exceptionally well by RAF on finding a cancelled slot and called me for the service. Since then Raf & the team at Burnie had been tremendous with the customer service. I ended up purchasing my second car B/N KIA Sportage last year through JMC Burnie. I would first of all like to say thank you to kade and Jasmin for all the help in getting me though everything and helping me buy my new car, they was the best and got things rolling quick and was very helpful and help me find what I was looking for, kade and Jasmin are the go too if your looking at buying a new car!
