Was extremely disappointed in the accommodation, the rooms seemed like they haven't been properly cleaned for sometime. There were stains on the carpet, bedding and the pillows. The rooms had cobwebs and spiders, and the floor had dirt on it when we walked in. On top of this one of the conditions of staying is that you must clean the kitchen (including dishes) or incur a $70 fee. I wouldn't usually be concerned with this, but if your going to provide sub par and unclean accommodation I think it's a bit rich. That said the location is great and the units themselves is very quiet. I won't be going back.

Lovely place to stay. But twice in 3 years I have been shafted by management. When you book a room and pay a deposit for it, you expect to get the room you paid for. Not to be kicked out and re-housed into a room you didn't want. Poor form! Aaaaaaand. What is poorer, is the lack of communication. No one told me prior to arrival.

Inexpensive for the usual prices charged by other accommodation providers in Swan Hill. Would benefit from refurbishment.
