Very run down resort. Stayed with my family in a room with a grubby table, dirty handles on the doors and generally disappointing atmosphere. The indoor pool is empty. The outdoor pool grubby and cold. The sauna works but is a bit damaged with timbers on the ceiling bending. The table games wobbly and hard to play. Wish I'd stay at the caravan Park instead.
Stayed here for one night over the Easter long weekend with my dad.nnAs soon as we walked in to our room, we could hear the tv from the room beside us, and although our neighbours turned off the tv at a reasonable time, we could still hear any conversations from that room. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was easy to use. The wifi, however, seemed to be very slow.nnI can't say much in terms of service and how we were treated, as my dad handled that aspect.nnThe location was wonderful - from a passengers perspective, I wasn't the one driving there! I loved that the NSW-VIC border was close by, we ended up walking to the Federal Hotel over the bridge for dinner.
Bit disappointed with our experience. VERY basic room, very tired looking, needing refurbishment, but it was clean. Amenity brochure notes additional pillows and linens in wardrobe, not found. Asked for spare pillows, only to be told they had none, fully booked. Only place to sit was either a wobbly straight backed chair, or the bed. Curtains and blinds done on the cheap, and fly screens falling off. Bit sad overall.
A fantastic place to stay. This place has 2 swimming pools. One outdoor and one heated under cover set amongst tropical landscaped. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable and large. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again next visit to Swan Hill.
Located quite close to the centre of town. The rooms are a little dated but kept nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good TV that was quite large.nThere are two pools, indoor and outdoor. The mini golf is fun and it has a nice garden area around the outdoor pool.nThe staff were fantastic with us, and I can't rate them highly enough. They really went out of their way to look after us.nThe breakfast bar offers a good choice of hot and cold food.nDefinitely in my top three in Swan Hill.
