We had the family room. Pretty much the price was right. Good location for what we needed walking distance to shops and restaurants and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful enough. Our room was your stereotypical budget room. Small shower, mold around the window sill in the bathroom, bugs on the bathroom floor during the night, lots of hair on the bathroom walls for some reason... guessing they mopped the tiled walls with the same floor mop, transfering any loose hair on the fool to th walls, a small bar fridge with some basic utensils, basic tv with free to air,nThey had an inside and outside pool. The inside pool is not heated. It was also not particularly clean. Noticed several hairballs rolling around the bottom. The broken skylight above it probably didn't help.nAt the end of the day, it may not be pretty but it's a cheap motel the gets the job done.
Very, disappointed,upset and angry we stayed over night, on our way home received a phone call from a lady who very rudely accused us of pulling a bedside table off a wall... Which we never did or would never do, she wouldn't listen just kept saying it wasn't the like it before we went which obviously it was because we never touched it or anything else in that room.nI will be letting everyone know to stay clear of this place as they treat you like a liar.nI'm left feeling like we have done something wrong and we can't defend ourselves, As she didn't even care what we had to say.nTerrible horrible experience. STAY CLEAR!!nWe never did a anything to that room!nKey didn't.work properly in the door took 5 minutes to unlock it.nMugs were disgustingly dirtynNo milk in fridges, or tea towelsnWater damage next to the shower and fixed by painting over it.nMetal towel holder rod couldn't hold a towel, kept falling off.nRoom had a damp smell about it.nThey need to redo their photos because the place ,especially the rooms are nothing like the photos.nWished we never stayed.
Our stay was fine. Rooms clean. Price was fair. Service friendly.nThis resort has well past it's hayday and is desperate for some money to be spent on it to freshen it up. It would have been pretty awesome when it was first built.
Service didn’t care one bit no milk no wifi password no carenThe room while not that bad, out side of the room seamed to be the dumping ground for the maintenance area crap ever were. The bathroom had paint flacking off the walls all over one wall half the lights didn’t worknAnd the location on a highway without sound proofing, trucks most of the night a very poor choice if you have another option take itnI would not recommend this placenThis review asked how would you describe the hotel well nothing they had listed even came close to what I would call this place discussing is a bit harsh but not far off the rooms would have been touched since they where built originally condition.nThis town needs a curfew on the trucks coming through the noise is ridiculous at night
No hot water from bathroom vanity!!nnNoisy, Noisy, Noisy!!!!!nnTV had rabbit ears for the antenna very poor reception!!nnUnsure if it had Wi-FI, no information given at Reception!nnI won't be returning to this motel. Certainly NOT a resort!!nnTagged & tested appliances dated 2017, so very overdue!!nnI don't have high standards. This facility is very basic!!
