Our room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, grimy, mouldy and uncomfortable. I had to clean the bathroom myself so I could actually have a shower & to know that it was actually clean!nHair in the shower, basin & toilet. Mould throughout the bathroom & room itself, carpets haven’t been cleaned in years, feel damp & spongy & just plain disgusting. The bed side tables were filth, had coffee stains, along with other stains, dust & dead bugs. The bed head had inches of dust and god knows what else. The air conditioner filters haven’t been changed, most likely, ever! The pictures on the internet / WotIf are deceiving, not what they’re made out to be at all!nAnd the service at the front desk was dismal, I had to call for assistance to just check-in as the desk was unmanned. Same with lodging my complaints about my room, very slack and unwelcoming service. Ended up getting some money back, which was a task in itself.nWorst location I’ve ever encountered.
Rooms are small. There was a power board in the room as there was 1 power point in the main area.nBathrooms are tightnLighting is adequate and there's no big bright lights. Which I loved.nStairs to the second story may need some love in the coming months.
Rooms were dirty, bedsheets had lots of short little black hair all over it, when brushed off the bed it fell off easily - appears that the sheets weren't changed before we got there just the bed redone. Hair in the microwave also. When we asked the lady undertaking room service the next day to change the sheets, she just re did the bed. Cockroaches came into my suitcase from placing it on the floor. Overall quite Poor cleanliness
A Perfect place for a business trip. McDonald is just cross the street. Reception is still open when we get there at 11pm we ringed ahead so the staff open the reception until we arrive. Big parking space for our trailer. I think it is the only motel able to accommodate big trailers or trucks.nHave some chat with the staff. They are new but very friendly. The place is nice. The pool is awesome. Room is clean and comfy. Much better than last year.
Omg never again! Honestly not worth my 3month old heath staying here. The room smelt like drunk people when you walk in, the doona had no cover on it was stained could see it never gets washed stains all over it, black hair in beds. Pray to god my son and I dont catch anything Over all poor cleanliness
