This Motel is ideally located next to town. The footpath is smooth and easy for me to manage with wheelchair. The owner is a wonderful and kind man who couldn't do enough for me to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend to everyone to stay here when needing a home away from home in Swan Hill.
ALARM BELLS ARE RINGINGnOne of our Reps stayed here recently and was horrified at the poor service and disgusting condition of the room.nHe had to call at get access to his room and the guy turned up 15 minutes later and stumbled out of his car.nThe door didn't lock so he was forced to use furniture against it to feel a little more safe.nThe room wasn't clean and he didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the provided linen and pillow.nThere was a gathering of undesirable people behaving odd in a back area and what looked to be drug paraphernalia around.nReading some of the other reviews, I suspect they are fake.
Clean room, convenient location, smooth check-in, and very friendly staff. Had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!”
Met our needs for good price.nRoom freshly painted, comfy bed & good shower & welcoming fella in office.
The towels are not clean few stain on itnTV wasn’t workingnWIFI was horrible can’t even open a picture.nWith the bed you can feel the springs and alots of hair on bedsnUnbelievable
