A friend treated me to dinner here. Hidden away, I never would have found it, which makes it so exciting. I was like, where are we going?! The atmosphere was perfect, and the service was beyond amazing. We got the person in charge to choose our meals for the night, and every one of them are something I wouldn't have chosen personally by reading what it's called, but after tasting them I was blown away. I hate mushrooms, the first thing I had was some mushroom dish, and it was my favourite. It was the best damn thing I've ever had. Everything I ate that night was amazing.

The food and service here is impeccable. We have been here quite a few times and it never lets us down. The quality is always fantastic and I love watching the prep. All the staff here are friendly and helpful if you are unsure about what drinks to settle on and Info about the set menu. The Murray cod is a stand out and the spicy tuna tataki as an extra. Vegetable tempura always delicious. Considering the variety , amount and quality the price is good value.

I don't know how this place isn't rated higher. The food was amazing, fresh and unique. The atmosphere sensational with a great playlist. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Just a really funky place for dinner and a drink.

Izakaya Den just provided one of the most memorable culinary experiences of my life. From the cool underground setting, to the artisan skill of the chefs, and the myriad of flavours included in the set menu, I was left both spellbound and speechless for the duration of the meal. The beef brisket melts in your mouth in a way that makes you rethink the very definition of the cliché. Thank you Miyuki, your hospitality and passion for food is intoxicating. A decent hide out. Some dishes were great, others were okay. Very friendly staff. Ambiance is average.

Amazing new version of an already great restaurant. Blade Runner vibes, excellent playlist, creative cocktails and delicious food. Tuna tataki and beef brisket were the highlights.

We came here for my daughter’s 21st, it’s not the kind of restaurant we usually go to, but we enjoyed it. The food was pricey but high quality, beautifully presented & delicious. The dishes are ‘small plate’ type. Service was very attentive. Although we didn’t request it, dessert came with a birthday candle which was a lovely surprise.

Take my wife here today for our Valentine Day. Have order the set menu. Everything was perfect, my favourite dishes was Marlin Crudo, it taste so creamy and full of flavour. Never had something like that, it is amazing! Good job chef Jarrod and rest of the crew!
