Would have to say today's experience was very poor. The service was non-existent. The 2 pizza's BBQ Chiken & Assie purchased had no flavour. The box might have been more flavoursome. Will now be going to Donati's in Kings Meadow's.
Best pizzas in Launceston for many years. Unfortunately, this time my pizza lacked ingredients and was very bland.
Service counts for a lot. First impressions are lasting impressions.The staff need to do their job better ,in fact it was verging on racism. Not happy. The staff need to go to Solo in Hobart and learn how to provide service to the customerFood: 3/5

Just don’t. Monday night in Launceston with not many options. Nothing vaguely Italian about these pizzas.
This was a most delightful pizza and we really enjoyed it. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that onion and pineapple SHOULD be on a veg pizza and not have it to add extra Also the pricing was on the high side in comparison to others.
I had an order and the pizzas were ready 15minutes before the garlic bread when we got home with them the pizzas were just warm. When I discussed this with staff they had a " couldn't care less attitude". Very disappointed as it not the first issue we have had.
I wish the people from Longford pizza house still had it we are sick to death of getting a different flavour every time with the Mexican we just got one delivered half hour ago and cold and I threw the jumbo in the bin and cooked a frozen McCain supreme which was delicious
Quick service and was friendly, but not as good tasting as it used to be. Pizza is too expensive $10 too much for the quality delivered. Pizza was chopped up into smaller squares which I didnt ask for and too much sauce.
