Story

Indian Palace has its origination dating back to 2003 when a group of talented individuals realised a collective vision of bringing sophisticated flavors of food by using traditional royal Indian cuisine blended with contemporary gastronomical methods. Elegant and welcoming, Indian Palace has since been a popular spot for diners on the swish Church Street, Brighton.

Our menu reflects the diversity of India steeped in the royal gastronomy. While the Royal Families have closely guarded the culinary secrets of their kitchens, Indian Palace brings out the secrecy of each ingredient from the kitchens of Maharajas and Nawabs of India – whether it’s the delicious succulent Lamb Sulas (Cutlets) from Rajasthan, the Biryanis from the Nizams of Hyderabad, the Seekh Kebabs from royal houses of Punjab or the Rogan Josh and saffronised Kashmiri tikkas and curries from the himalayan kingdoms of Jammu and Kashmir.
