Story

India Today Caloundra was Established in February, 2007 by Nayan & Dipti Acharya. The two have a long history in owning, creating & Managing highly successful restaurants. Authentic Indian being their forte, the pair have ventured through New Zealand & the Sunshine Coast to bring the best of taste, ambiance & service.

Winner of Best Indian Restaurant on both regional and state levels, they also accomplished Runner Up for “Best Indian in Australia”. Their passion, enthusiasm and love for the culture shows as soon as you walk through the door.

Great location, amazing staff - with intimate knowledge of each dishes flavour. Can't recommend this place enough for those seeking an authentic Indian experience, right here in Australia. If I could give six stars I would. Keep up the phenomenal work

Seriously the best indian food I've ever had! We got butter chicken, chicken vindaloo, basmati rice, cheese & garlic naan bread and a vegetable samosa. We were also give a little dish of hot chili sauce to change the spic level to suit our selves, which was great! The staff were super friendly and kept a clean abd tidy establishment. Thanks for a lovely dinner!

Ordered some take away and was very impressed with the flavor of the chefs signature Bombay lamb curry. Being dairy intolerant, they were very accommodating in making sure that I didn't order anything with dairy in it. Delivery was quick! I want curry again now!

Very bad experience in this restaurant, just waste of money . We order two curries and naan bread and salad, curries was uncooked and naan bread was very hard ,my child try to eat but he can’t take a bite for naan bread because too hard . Very disappointed
