With our menu consisting of premium steaks, oysters, a great selection of seafood, chicken & duck, Alfie's Mooo Char & Bar has something to please everyone. Our extensive wine and cocktail selection makes Mooo Char & Bar a great place to relax and have a couple of drinks while taking in the ocean views. We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, so why not come in, have a drink, try one of our lovely meals, and let our friendly staff look after you.

We had dinner tonight and i was very disappointed. Service was brilliant. Can't fault that at all. 
I had 4 of the entree plates to test the menu. Food was fresh however it was so salty and nothing special. I honestly have had better seafood in Melbourne and I expected much better from a high profile beach restaurant. Wife's meal was average also. She had the lentils. 
Kids fish and chips was oily and the fillet of fish inside the batter would have been lucky to be 5mm thick. Chips were nothing special either. 
For desert the mud cake was amazing. Highly recommended. Coffee was terrible. Tasted like it was made from a pod machine. 
Considering the price tag of what you're paying I expected way better.

For $50 per person, the meal was average and the service poor. We waited over an hour and a half for he mains to arrive. The appetizers took nearly 45 minutes to be served. During the wait we were forced  to approach the staff for refills on drinks as the waitress kept bypassing our table. It was busy part way through our experience but when we arrived the dining area was only half occupied; oddly enough tables of equal parties or larger arrived and were seated after us but were served before us. Most had departed before we received our order. Based on our experience I would not recommend this establishment and will take my business elsewhere for future family functions.

First time in a long time a cook has cooked my steak exactly as I ordered it. Had a starter a main and desert, all great. Above all else was the very polite and officiant staff. Great service, very impressed.

The seafood platter was out of this world, very very generous for 2 people. The barramundi was first class. The place was busy but the wait staff were brilliant. Don't skip dessert!

Greatest Rugby League player of all time, now the greatest restaurantor of all time. Splendid meal splendid customer service, will be back. Also the mooo beer was fantastic.
