Bought bag of basmati rice. Opened it that evening. Full of weevils. If they can't keep on top of such a basic staple, there is no hope for them.

They sell expired items - by cutting off the crimp of the products, putting stickers on them. Things purchased from here are mostly expired.  Waste of money - and risking health . They should be reported

I was regular customer of this shop but recently had very bad experience from last couple of visits, the new staff has no manners, they don't believe in greeting any customer, new girl who works here these days is very arrogant and is on the phone always even while serving customer, no idea how come people like this get a customer service job who don't have any people skills, hats off to the owner or whoever have hired her. will never ever visit this store.

I bought a box of Aata biscuits from dandenong store which was on special.  When I ate few biscuits, they were stinking because they were already expired. I took that biscuit box from sealed carton. And when I called in store saying you are selling expired biscuits. The manager said that's why we have marked their price down . I mean seriously, is that allowed to sell expired food on low price?  To conclude, they sell expired stuff in bulk on low price so called 'Special'

Poor customer service. I went in with my mum, sis-in-law and her kids. When my sis-in-law went to buy for the items, my nephew just touched the glass at the front and the lady who was about to serve as nearly went to hit my nephew's hand. I don't understand who the hell gave her the audacity to do that. His a little kid. Thw lady was also rolling eyes at us. Don't understand why hire people like her who doesn't even know how to serve customer. Lack of communication skills and literally zero in providing the service to the customers. Hopeless to be honest. I always use to visit India at home at Dandenong Plaza but now i don't think I will.

Poor customer service,  over priced, some products expired...

Expired products on shelves sold at marked down prices. You sell marked down products that have short expiry left to them, not the ones that have already been expired for months.

The front staff lady has really bad approach to the customer.I ask her to get sweets and she is smiling at me in a weired way and it was really annoying.They dont know how to treat people.Really bad experience.Better appoint some staff with basic qualities.

Over priced , Such a disgusting staff with no manners at all... always had a bad experience .....will never shop there again..
