Good range of Indian & Sri Lankan groceries. A wide range of spices, rice, floor, dried fruits and nuts, cake ingredients. There is ample parking on the premises on either side of the building and behind if no other parking is available.

The worst response I have experienced Today I bought Ashirwad Atta from this store on 3rd of Feb which is expiring on 5th feb When came back to home and checked expiry it’s expiring after one day Immediately call back to the Hindustan imports store about the matter but the reply I got from them is that “ we don’t put stickers on expiry dates as other Indian stores do “ Absolute rubbish answer “ you guys are doing business in Australia not in India I will definitely goin to highlight this matter

Very average Indian grocery joint, ask them for Mangal Chicken Curry Powder, they were out of stock, ask them for Mason Dal ( Indian Lentils) they were out of stock, ask them if they had fresh curry leaves they were out of stock, asked them if they had India Gate rice - they sold me some other brand rice cause they don’t stock India Gate, asked if they have ready made fresh rotis they were out of stock, after complaining to one of the guys in the store, he said that he has asked the owner to get more brands but owner keeps over stocking same Masala’s and that’s about it, seriously why call your self Hindustan Imports, more like Out of Stock Imports!!!

These guys are sensational. They have everything under the sun. They give great cooking tips if asked. As a non-shopper even I enjoy going here.

Bad return policy. When returning a new/unused pot which was scratched, manager accused customer to have already use the item.
