Had the misfortune of being a passenger on one of their coaches. Driver made racist remarks about previous passengers and then on emailing the manager, he thought it was okay to name another race and thought that that excused his driver’s behaviour. Disgraceful and would never use again

Used Imperial pacific coaches for my wedding in tweed heads last Friday and they were amazing! The busses were early and in great condition, the drivers were friendly and helpful, and my guests arrived on time and with smiles. I could not recommend these guys enough and i am truly thankful for their help!

Imperial Coaches provided a beautiful bus with only 2 hours notice. Very nice and clean busses, great drivers and good service. Would recommend.
