I would highly recommend Airport Con-x-ion. The booking was simple and cost effective. The drivers were polite, helpful, punctual and spoke English as they were locals with insider knowledge of the area. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The service saved us a lot of time as it was door to door in a city that we were not familiar with. Thank you to the Information volunteers at the airport for your assistance. It was a stress free experience with no language barriers. Well done!

The vehicle was clean and the driver was polite and helpful.  Took the stress out of getting to the airport. We were in time for our flight and did not have to worry about anything. Our luggage was treated with respect and care.

I have used the Con-X-Ion service 3 times over the last 3 weeks, and I do think it is a fantastic, accessible service. I have had mixed experiences. The first time I used it, my driver was lovely, helpful, friendly and treated all passengers with care and respect. The air-conditioning however was not functional which made for a somewhat uncomfortable trip on a warm Brisbane day. My second experience was great! An early morning pickup from a private Brisbane address online was smooth sailing and an efficient (and even early!) arrival at the airport! My third experience, the bus driver was lovely, helpful and respectful to passengers, however was getting increasingly frustrated with operations staff as his bus had been overbooked and he was struggling to contact them. This caused delays to our trip and a somewhat awkward situation for customers on board. Additionally the driver advised that the facility to drop me off at a private address was not possible, as it was a website glitch allowing passengers to book this address? He still managed to get me very close to my destination but it was baffling and a little stressful that I could not be dropped off at my specified destination as per my booking. Today, I was on hold with the Con-X-Ion and their contact centre to change a booking I currently have in place with them. It has been a frustrating endeavor as I was on hold with them for 15 minutes before, they again have said I can't be picked up at the private address I have been picked up at before and need to call back. They were, after a 25 minute conversation, at minimum able to change the time to the time I requested. This difficulty with the contact centre and operations only (not the bus drivers) is enough for me to be tempted to take the train instead. I'll be interested to see how my next trip goes. I'm disappointed as I really see great things from this business but I am yet to be fully satisfied. Seems like minor things just to make things more smooth sailing for customers (ie. Ensuring that services offered can be adequately provided).

My wife and I arrived early in Brisbane and was picked up promptly and on time with a very friendly ConXion Staff. Also the trip from our Hotel back to Brisbane airport was also a great experience very friendly and on time for our plane. I would use this service again for sure!

The door-to-door aspect of ConXion is great when you are tired & have bags. Our plane was on time but baggage claim took over an hour, so we missed our time slot - no problem!  They put us on the next bus. The driver was cheerful and very funny. All up a good way to end a long trip.  And the price was good!
