Excellent services and big variety of dishes to choose from. Fresh seafood, sushi sushi train style and a chef slicing sashimi, also on the other side a very nice chef cooking abalone, scallops, waygu skewers etc on demand. Everything is great except there are lots of plates which make the waitress walk around so often. It may be more practical to put more slices/ pieces on each plate, and seating may be a bit close to the next table so it is not easy to get around. However, with the level of service and quality of food, This is going on my 'coming back' list!
Use to come here every year for mom's bday. We love this place, now the food is terrible!!! We arrived around 5:45 and thought maybe we're early and they're still preparing the food. Asked the waiter and he said "That's all the food" Looks like they changed ownership for this place. The buffet area use to glow with lights and had so much variety of food plus rotating sushi now its just all sushi on the bain marie.. sad to see this happen.
Good dinner buffet selection. We had our anniversary dinner here 2 years in a row and we are still impressed with their dinner selection, especially their fresh oysters and grilled scallops. Special mention to their papaya salad and their wagyu beef. For a buffet, they have wonderful and flavourful desserts.
Alright buffet, nothing very special - decent deserts for the kids though. A lot of the foods were a little over cooked, or bland. Food if you're coming with a big group.
We were running late for our sitting which was completely our fault so the kitchen was close to shutting but the staff at IGG International Buffet & Bar were beyond amazing!! Especially our waitress D. She went above and beyond to make our experience the best give the lady waitress of the year!. The seafood was delicious and so fresh and the Peking duck was to die for. We will definitely be back again won't be late this time! Thank you again. Highly recommend
Avoid at all costs! Zero stars for appalling service! We booked the NYE buffet dinner = New Year's Eve ruined. Our booking was at 8:00pm, they overbooked their restaurant and we didn't get in until 9:30pm. By that time we were super hungry. Low and behold, all their hot buffet dishes are empty. We were so hungry we were forced to eat scraps. They kept promising the kitchen is still cooking more dishes, but it never came out. One side of the buffet was empty for 40 minutes. It's clear that they are delaying the food so you lose your appetite - that's exactly what happened to us. I tried to complain and the staff was rude. I should have trusted the reviews: don't waste your time and money.
Even though they have large variety of food there, it was not as fresh and tasty as expected. The seafood is so salty. Oyster, crab, shrimp and scallop is just acceptable. Sushi seemed to loose its taste. 2 stars is for the desserts. It was not worth the money with such low standard buffet. Overall, I won't go there again and it is not the place I will recommend to my friends.
Great quality and taste compared with competitors, affordable price with groupon voucher!
I've been here once a while ago the building looks nice inside is spacious and quite pleasant. The food in my opinion is not worth the money. The selection is not many and not really fresh for example the sushi is dry and hard.I benchmarked this with china bar where the pricing is similar.
1. It is Unclean. I can see a live cockroach in the food area and a dead fly in a cleaned plate. 2. DO NOT have what it shows in the website gallery. I seat between 6:30pm to 8:30pm, there is no abalone as showed in its website. 3. The reception/manager never care their customers. We booked three tables for my birthday party. But, they separate us into different areas. They lie to customers saying that they are fully booked, so they can not arrange, BUT 2/3 tables are empty between 6:30 to 8:30. Never been to such a worst restaurant. Strongly recommend do not go here !!!
